Elkridge Resident Graduates from Frostburg State University
Recently, Steven Onolfi of Elkridge graduated from Frostburg State University.
During the university's 140th commencement ceremony, Onolfi was awarded a B.S. degree in business administration.
Frostburg, which is part of the University System of Maryland, awarded 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at its ceremony in western Maryland.
