Harvest Moon Weekend - Hurricane Sandy Fundraiser

  • Where:  Peralynna Manor At Rosehill10605 State Route 108, Columbia, MD
  • When:  Friday, Nov. 16, 7 p.m.
  • Description:  November’s monthly event at Peralynna focuses on helping victims of Hurricane Sandy. People are encouraged to bring donations or monetary assistance to Pralynna during the Harvest Moon Weekend Events.
  • Cost: Free

St. Jude Give Thanks Walk

 

Ukelele & cello concert

  • Where:  8328 Court Ave, Ellicott City, MD
  • When: Friday, Nov. 16, 7 p.m.
  • Description:  Victoria Vox (ukelele and vocals) and Katie Chambers (cello) will perform at the Howard County Historical Society Museum on November 16, 2012 as part of the ongoing museum concert series. 
  • Cost:  $20.00

 

Youth Dance

  • Where: Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department, 6275 Old Washington Rd, Elkridge
  • When: Saturday, Nov. 17, 7 p.m.
  • Description:  The Junior firefighters are hosting a Youth Dance at the firehouse in Elkridge. Youths between the ages of 9 and 15.
  • Cost: $10.00

The Universe through Little Eyes

  • Where: Robinson Nature Center6692 Cedar Ln, Columbia
  • When: Saturday, Nov. 17, 10 a.m.
  • Description:  Presentation for ages 3-5 in the Robinson Nature Center’s NatureSphere, a digital planetarium and dome-style movie theater.
  • Cost: $3.00
