Naked Man Reported on Landing Road
A 12-year-old boy said he saw the man between two cars, according to police.
A woman reported that her 12-year-old son saw a naked man on Landing Road in Elkridge on Saturday, said police.
The man was reportedly standing between two cars on the 5400 block of Landing Road in front of the entrance to Rockburn Branch Park, according to the report.
"The boy said the man jumped behind a vehicle to hide himself," said Sherry Llewellyn, spokeswoman for Howard County Police Department.
Howard County Code states that a person shall not "be nude or indecently expose themselves [or] engage in a sexual act" on park property.
The offense is considered a misdemeanor in Maryland, resulting in a fine up to $1,000 and up to 30 days in prison, or both.
Park police were notified, said Llwellyn, who added that no additional information was available.
In nearby Ellicott City, police reported that there were two indecent exposures at Centennial Park last year, in May and September.
