Steelers Loss Gives Ravens a Second Chance

The Ravens were huge fans of the San Francisco 49ers Monday night. A Pittsburgh Steelers loss put the Ravens back in first place in the AFC North.

Deep down inside, Ravens fans know how it's all going to end....we just don't want to admit it...

I am one who spouts "head over heart" stuff when it comes to the Ravens, but the emotionalism always overcomes me. I am again fired up. If the Ravens can win out and the Pats lose just one little bitty game, we get home field throughout the playoffs. I am also pumped up about another A.F.C. North Division Championship flag flapping at Ravens Stadium next season.

I need a new title of some sort. My 2000/01 championship duds are getting a little frayed.

@ Iru: Oh ye of little faith! Both Ravens & Steelers played lousy ball their past two games.

In the Steelers game, Ben Rothlesberger (sp?) played even WORSE than our Flacco!

Now it's which team is going to keep on choking? Have some faith!

Rothlesberger had a bad ankle. What was Joe's excuse? The fact is that no team in the A.F.C. is dominating. The A.F.C. Championship is up for grabs. The Ravens are in the hunt and have as good a shot as anyone. I'd say the only team that is dominating in the entire league is Green Bay.

Lets hope no sportscasters ever say, "the Ravens are the best team in the AFC" again, or god forbid they put someone from the team on the cover of sports illustrated....the Ravens inevitably lose the next game...
