Most Howard County services will be closed Thursday Nov. 22, including trash and recycling pick-ups.

The county’s “slide” schedule will be in effect, according to officials.

Howard County’s 911 center remains open and staffed 24-7.

All county operations resume normal business hours Monday Nov. 26.
