1. EVENT >> CrossLife Community Church in Elkridge will be hosting the third annual “Give Where You Live 5K” Sunday morning. The race will benefit the Elkridge Food Pantry and Garden.
2. FUN FACT >> Elizabeth Janney, Patch editor and author of “Elkridge,” writes that Elk Ridge was not recognized as a town by the Maryland General Assembly until 1734, even though it had been in existence for long before then.
