Deep Run Park Gets New Sign

If you drive by Deep Run Park, you might not recognize it.

The entrance to the community off Old Waterloo Road at Deep Run Parkway recently replaced its old wooden white sign.

The new sign, installed last week with plantings going in this week, is made of Pennsyvlania fieldstone, according to Jim Burgess, manager of .

"A couple of people have said they liked it," said Burgess. "A few asked, 'Is our rent going to go up?'"

The rent will not increase for the 621 mobile homes in Deep Run Park, said Burgess.

"The owners of the park just decided it was time to replace it," said Burgess of the sign.
