Thunderstorms Usher in Cooler Temps in Elkridge This Weekend

Expect the wet weather that started the day on Friday to continue into the afternoon.

Starting around 2 p.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service predicts showers and thunderstorms to begin. Between 1 to 2 inches of rain is expected to fall from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday into Saturday. Temperatures should reach around mid-70s Friday, with lows into the mid-40s at night.

Friday night's storms will bring cooler weather to the area. Saturday's high is predicted to be 61 degrees with a low of 35 at night. Expect mostly sunny skies Saturday.

Cool weather continues into Sunday with a high expected around 57 and low of 41, with a light breeze and sun throughout the day.
