Any comments on what this will do to our property values?

I doubt it will have any bearing on property in Elkridge but maybe a concern for the HoCo Hanover folks. The main impact to us is traffic/travel and that's already bad so my guess is it won't matter unless the area goes completely to hell (and even I admit that's unlikely)
