Elkridge Business Now Serving Washington Schools
FPC Distribution won a contract to provide supplies for Washington County school cafeterias, according to a report Monday.
Next year, students in the Hagerstown area will have an Elkridge company to thank if they need to use a napkin during lunch.
The Washington County school system recently awarded a contract to FPC Distribution (6630 Amberton Dr.) to supply its cafeterias with paper products during the 2011–2012 school year, according to an article in the Herald-Mail on Monday.
FPC Distribution will be paid $278,576 to provide 44 schools in Washington County with cafeteria paper products, stated the article.

The Elkridge-based distribution company specializes in supplying and delivering paper and chemical products for use in food service, health care, education, industrial and government sectors around the mid-Atlantic region.
