Report: Coca Cola Drive, Dorsey Run Road Industrial Real Estate Deals

New tenant signs lease on Jessup space, San Francisco buyer takes over two Hanover buildings.

The commercial real estate market around Jessup and Hanover has been active this week, according to industry insiders.

Southern Pacific Supply Co., a millwork supplier, is moving from east Baltimore City to Jessup by the end of February, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.

The building where Southern Pacific has signed a lease, at 8441 Dorsey Run Road, is now 100 percent leased out, reported MarketWatch

In March, the building was nearly half full when San Francisco-based Terreno Real Estate Company purchased it from Sterling Moving and Storage, according to Citybizlist.

Terreno planned to take advantage of the building’s location near US 1, MD 175 and MD 295, reported Citybizlist.

Closer to US 1 and Route 100, industrial spaces also experienced movement this week.

Two buildings on Coca Cola Drive were sold to Industrial Income Trust Inc. for $42.5 million, according to a report from CoStar Realty on Jan. 4.

The pair of buildings, located at 7451 and 7481 Coca Cola Drive, were previously owned by Lincoln Property Co., said CoStar.
