Solar Energy World Partners with Soccer Dome

The Elkridge business is helping Harmans facility become more energy-efficient.


Come June, the Soccer Dome near the airport will be operating 85 percent more efficiently thanks to an Elkridge business.

, headquartered in Elkridge on Main Street, is installing 546 solar panels at the soccer facility off Aviation Boulevard, according to a May 8 press release on AltEnergyMag.

The network of solar panels will produce the equivalent of the amount of electricity to power a dozen homes in one year.

Using solar power will cut costs and increase the bottom line, Solar Energy World and Soccer Dome representatives reported.
