Kicking off Memorial Day weekend, the Elkridge Young Marines will be putting flags on the graves of fallen soldiers this morning at in Timonium. A large Memorial Day service will occur there on Monday at 10 a.m.; Gov. Martin O’Malley will provide a memorial address.
