Accuweather: Brace For Snowy Winter

El Nino will lead to more snow across the mid-Atlantic.

Are you dreaming of ski trips and snow days?

If so, your dream may come true. Accuweather's forecast model for this coming winter calls for the El Nino climate pattern above average snowfall in the mid-Atlantic and parts of the Midwest.

The Baltimore area sees an average of 20.2 inches of snow each winter, but we've yet to scrape that number since the 2009-10 season, when we had 77 inches of snow.
