Elkridge Today: Day of Healing
Howard County hosts free event as part of international day of healing and bereavement from suicide loss.

As the weather cools off, are you realizing that you need winter clothes but can’t afford them? There will be free winter coats, plus other clothing and shoes, available today from 9:30–11:30 a.m. at the in Columbia.
Across the country, cities and towns are holding healing and bereavement sessions today because the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention has designated Nov. 19 as International Survivors of Suicide Day.

If you or someone you know needs support, there will be a free workshop for survivors of suicide loss today at the Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center in Columbia (6700 Freetown Road) at 12 p.m.
