Ready-to-eat meals at the Elkridge Senior Center and traffic alert in downtown Baltimore.
Watch out for traffic in the Baltimore City area. Due to the Baltimore Grand Prix—taking place Friday, Saturday and Sunday—downtown roads will be congested from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The and other senior centers around Howard County as well as the Howard County Food Bank will distribute ready-to-eat meals and bottled water for those without electricity. There is no proof of residence required; stop by the Elkridge Senior Center between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The high is 82 degrees in Elkridge today and the low is 65, according to the National Weather Service. There’s a 20 percent chance of rain.
