From terrifying clowns with spinning heads to a perfectly puffed Snooki wig, Elkridge's Halloween Express store has all you need to spook up your holiday.
The chain store is new to the area, having temporarily replaced Loehmann's on Gateway Overlook Drive.
In the meantime, store manager Robert Martin says the most popular selling items for kids this year are the Smurfs costumes. For women, it's everything "skimpy."
