Environmental officials have issued an air quality alert for Howard, Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel Counties on Monday. Officials advise children, older adults, asthmatics and people with heart/lung issues to avoid the outdoors today.

On this day in 2005, the Marine Corps League of Maryland visited Harley-Davidson in Elkridge to say thank you. Harley-Davidson, which  in part due to the economy, had provided thousands of dollars’ worth of clothing for wounded soldiers.
