This morning Gov. Martin O’Malley, Sen. Barbara Mikulski and County Executive Ken Ulman will be visiting Elkridge for the launch of the intercounty broadband network’s logistics center at 6930 San Tomas Road. The federally funded will provide broadband access to 700 public libraries, schools and buildings in central Maryland.
