Tornado News from Elkridge Whirled Around Twitter

The story unfolded in tweets and pics, sometimes from Twitter users camped out in the bathroom.

 

Tornado warnings dominated the airwaves on Friday, when Elkridge was in the path of the storms from 4 to 8 p.m.

Elkridgeans stayed tuned in, reporting their own news on Twitter as they sought cover in their homes and comfort, at times, in alcohol.
