Old Warehouses

I am looking for old warehouses & buildings that are closed down perhaps with graffiti and outside damage such as broken windows, collapsed walls etc for photoshoots. Also seeking landowners with old out buildings for landscape shots.
Any help in finding such properties in the Elkridge area would be much appreciated.
