April Real Estate Summary Is In All Good New for Elkridge

The April Real Estate Summary report came out today and the following are the numbers April 2013 vs April 2012.

All good news in the Elkridge Real Estate Market.

Sold Dollar Volume April 2013 $11,519,794 April 2012 $5,593,400 Up 105.95%

April 2013 Avg. Sales Price Up 10.90% over April 2012

Units Sold April 2013- 39 April 2012- 21 Up 85.71%

Avg. Days on Market April 2013- 41 April 2012- 84 (my last listing was under contract with in a week)

Active Listings April 2013- 52 April 2012-93 few listings 44.09%

We are starting to see a sellers market in Howard County. I have also seen more and more multiple offers on homes and less inventory for buyers.
