Choosing a Real Estate App

Did you know that Zillow and Trilia are not Real Estate Sites?  They only receive there information from Real Estate listing of Brokers and Real Estate Agents.  Also the information found on them are not all ways up to date information and or accurate.  They seem to have a long lag time and do not update there information on day to day bases. 

Make sure if you use an app or website it is with a true Real Estate Brokerage/Realtor to receive the right information and stats.  My office at Keller Williams Flagship is settling 6.1 transactions a day right now.  So we must be doing something right.

I am so excited that as of today Keller Williams now has Free App up load you can use on you smart phones and or tables.  The Keller Williams apps with pull up information in the area you are at the moment.  We use a GPS base system not a satellite

You can see the prices or what is on the market in any area and move around to where every you want to go.
