There was a break-in at RLO Contractors on Cemetery Lane in Elkridge, according to police.
Money and a cell phone were reported stolen from a storage closet sometime between 5 p.m. Monday and 6:20 a.m. Tuesday.

The suspect(s) broke glass in the front lobby to enter the business, then pried open the storage closet where the stolen items were located, according to police.
