The man was Leon Ray Sax, 27, of Hanover, PA.

The construction worker who died Friday morning outside Arundel Mills has been identified as Leon Ray Sax, 27, of Hanover, PA, according to officials.

Sax was working inside a construction lift on the site of a casino project outside TJ Maxx at approximately 10 a.m. when a concrete wall collapsed and he was trapped under it, according to a statement from Anne Arundel County Police Department.

The concrete wall weighed about 25 tons, said Anne Arundel County Fire Chief Michael Cox in an interview with the Baltimore Business Journal. Cox also said the wall was in a vertical position when it fell.
