The Howard County Times reported that the Department of Planning and Zoning dismissed a civil citation that sparked the Elkridge Motors zoning case in the first place.

Elkridge Motors was cited by the Department of Planning and Zoning last March for "parking or storage of unregistered, inoperable, wrecked, dismantled or destroyed motor vehicles," according to a technical staff report.

Since Wilson corrected the issue and removed said vehicles from his Montgomery Road property, the Howard County Times reported that the county dropped the citation and Wilson withdrew the case.
