Elkridge on 'Most Vulnerable' List after Storm

Howard County has identified three priority areas for flood damage.

Elkridge and two other locations are on Howard County’s “most vulnerable” list after Tropical Storm Lee drenched the region.

On the list of flood-prone areas are Elkridge, historic Ellicott City and Savage, said Alexandra King, spokeswoman for Howard County government, in an e-mail Thursday.
