Hunt Club Roadwork To Begin

The county said it will install six speed humps by the end of August.

Roadwork is scheduled to begin on Hunt Club Road in Elkridge one week from today, according to Howard County officials.

Starting Aug. 22, drivers should anticipate temporary lane closures and lane shifts from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. along Hunt Club Road, said the county, which will provide flagging operations to direct traffic during the interim.

Signs along Hunt Club Road state that roadwork is occurring Aug. 15 through Aug. 17. Public Works officials did not respond to a request for clarification.
