The 2012 Presidential Election will take place on Nov. 6. Are you ready to have your voice heard?
- The last day to register to vote or change your party affiliation is Oct. 16 at 9 p.m. You can register to vote online by going to the State Board of Elections website.
- The last day to request an absentee ballot is Tuesday, Oct. 30. Find information on getting an absentee ballot in Maryland.
- Early voting days are Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Oct. 28 from noon to 6 p.m.; and Oct. 29, 30, 31 and Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are three early voting locations in Howard County, in Jessup, Ellicott City and Columbia.
