WATCH: Primary Voters Trickle into Polling Places

Although participation didn't compare to a General Election, candidates were out in full electioneering mode.

Voters, electioneers and candidates gathered at and in Columbia on April 3 for the primary. With low turnout, County Council Chair Mary Kay Sigaty said each and every vote counts, which she explained she knows from experience, having lost a primary by fewer than 40 votes in the past.
