The house, located on 11215 Old Hopkins Road, near Maple Lawn, was built in 1997 and boasts six bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a Victorian exterior and a pool with a waterfall.

The 20-acre grounds include white-fenced pastures, a seven-stall barn, outdoor and indoor exercise grounds and a large lawn.

The former owner was Allan Bancroft Heaver, who died in July of 2009, and who was previously the managing member of Heaver Properties, a development company, according to his obituary.
