Ava's Angels 5K Run

Ava's Angels 5k run will take runners through the beautiful neighborhood of Lyndwood. While the race is certified for those race enthusiasts, it is just as fun for families and friends to come out and enjoy the outdoors and experience the thrill of being a part of a community fund-raising event. There will be safety marshals stationed along the course and a water station at the halfway point!

The proceeds of this race go to The Conklin Family Foundation. 9 year old, Ava Claire was diagnosed with a brain tumor in October 2011. She spent 4.5 months in the hospital rehabilitating. She is finally home! Her family has high hopes she will someday walk, talk, run and laugh out loud again! The proceeds from this event will help make Ava Claire's dream a reality!
