Core workout that includes abdominals, back, and hips using body weight to improve functional strength and flexibility.  Borrowing techniques from time tested yoga and pilates, this mind - body workout will help improve not only the waistline but body awareness and posture helping to improve life's daily functions and prevent injury.  

When:Wednesday evenings 7:00 –8:00; starts April 16
