Ravens Fans Can Win Playoff Tickets by Writing Letter

The Ravens are inviting young fans to write letters wishing the team team luck in the NFL postseason.

Fresh off sending a batch of letters to the North Pole, young Ravens fans are being invited by the team to start up a new writing campaign this week.

But instead of toys, this campaign promises a chance at Ravens playoff tickets.

Letters wishing the Ravens luck in the NFL postseason can be dropped off at "Baltimore Ravens Postal Service" mailboxes at Giant Food Stores in the metro area, the team's website said.

One letter writer each week the Ravens have a home game in the playoffs will win four tickets, four pregame field passes, pregame hospitality and parking to that week's game at M&T Bank Stadium, the team's website said.

The Ravens are guaranteed only one home playoff game, scheduled for Jan. 15 versus the highest remaining seed in the AFC playoffs, according to ESPN. No. 6 Cincinnati plays at No. 3 Houston Saturday, and No. 5 Pittsburgh plays at No. 4 Denver Sunday.

Additionally, each week one student will win a visit to his/her school by Ravens mascot Poe and Ravens Cheerleaders sometime in 2012.
