Earlier this week, Griffin tweeted the news to his followers that his doctor had cleared him for practice and that he’d be eased back into training.

At Thursday’s press conference he said he had passed his conditioning test Wednesday and that he will participate in some activities with the team, but he won’t be joining full team drills for now, NFL.com reported.

He said that he thought everyone was on the same page when it came to his recovery plan and that and he was ready to move on and up – hopefully to the Super Bowl
