We love several teachers at Grace, but unfortunately the management is horrendous. Completely unprofessional, sharing information with teachers and participating in caddy conversations with staff. The 4th director in 4 years has shown no interest in moving forward with any sort of benefit to the daycare, such as security advancements, "going green" or even basic educational facilities. They are not accredited and several of the "new" teachers barely meet licensing qualifications. Nepotism is rampant and teachers with children at the center focus on those kids instead of their charges. The director parks in the parent parking spots and believes she is entitled to it. Even when she sees parents trying to manage children, gear and equipment in the rain! Enrollment is down for a reason. It used to be a wonderful, Christian, loving environment and we are sad that it has gone down hill and our memory has been tainted.

Great program run by an excellent an experienced staff who care about the children's development. - Father of 2

I had sent my 6 month old daughter here as a young, single and scared mother and while I was thrilled with the teacher that was her primary caregiver there, I was beyond shocked at the lack of management and the overall environment that the management encouraged. The director worked such short hours and was never available by the time I'd get there to pick up my daughter to discuss any concerns I had while leaving them unaddressed. The worst was when I would go to pick her up and she would be parked in the parent's parking spaces closest to the doors for those of us that had children to carry out, sometimes multiple and sometimes in the rain. There was no filter between other teachers when voicing complaints which I thought was flat out unprofessional. I'm not sure what the thought process was here to maintain and grow a childcare business with this type of management style but I'm happy to say I am no longer taking my daughter there and am now at a center that is concerned about my daughter AND me. Just wish I could've taken those few teachers that were so amazing to my daughter with me.
