WATCH: Crews Remove Ellicott City Train Wreckage

Twenty-one trains cars were toppled after a train derailed in Ellicott City on Monday.

According to Howard County Police, days of work are still ahead for clean-up crews after a train derailment toppled 21 train cars full of coal and killed two young women late Monday. Crews operated cranes and shoveled machinery Tuesday in downtown Ellicott City to remove the spilled coal and tow away the parts of the train destroyed in the incident. Overturned Tractor Trailer Leaves Driver Dead

Northbound I-95 congested from accident.

Maryland State Police said a tractor trailer overturned on Northbound I-95 around noon on Friday, killing the driver. The incident occurred south of MD 175 in Jessup and involved only the tractor trailer, according to MSP spokeperson Greg Shipley. Police said details of the incident are not yet available.
