Police: Teen Assaulted, Robbed at Arundel Mills
The incident occurred at about 2 a.m. on Black Friday outside the mall.
A 14-year-old boy told police he was assaulted and robbed as he left the Bed Bath and Beyond store at Arundel Mills mall in Hanover early Friday morning. According to Anne Arundel County police, the teen said he was approached by five suspects just after 2 a.m. Friday in the parking lot. He told police he was punched and robbed of his shopping bag. Police contacted the parents of the teen, who suffered a minor injury but refused medical treatment on the scene. The suspects, all male and between the ages of 17 and 21, reportedly fled on foot towards the Bass Pro store and officers were unable to locate them.
