Breaking-and-Showering, Crazy Rays Burglarized and More: Crime Roundup

Elkridge Police say that on Oct. 24, someone had forced open a door at the Terrace Motel on the 6200 block of Washington Blvd. When they entered the room, police say they found a man in the shower. Police say the 41-year-old homeless man said he had not had a shower in weeks. He was arrested and charged with burglary. Police say suspects backed up a vehicle to the fenced yard at Crazy Ray's on the 8100 block of Washington Blvd and climbed the fence sometime between 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 23 and 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 24. Once inside, according to police, the suspects threw about 100 used batteries over the fence and loaded them inside the vehicle. In September, someone stole 200 batteries from Crazy Ray's.
