Flash Flooding Possible Wednesday

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook.

Experts are warning that areas along the East Coast could see flash flooding Wednesday as the remnants of Isaac send bouts of heavy rain our way. The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for much of the Baltimore/Washington region, including Carroll and Howard counties.  Are there areas you know of that regularly flood with heavy rains? Tell us in comments.  Experts predicted heavy rainfall could result in localized flash flooding Tuesday evening. The risk for heavy rainfall and localized flash flooding will continue into Wednesday, according to the NWS website.
