Court Commissioner's Office Declines Comment on Suspected Burglars' Bail

Would not say why $15,000 bail was set for suspected door kick-in burglars.

Byus, the Howard County assistant state’s attorney handling the case. “I did not have an opportunity to speak with the commissioner before the bond was set.” Both Joseph Leo Baumgarten, 40, and Dianna Lynn Marketti, 30, posted the full bail on Oct. 5 after being charged with 25 counts each, including first-, second- and fourth…

AML and all other posters, have you noticed this issue has just disappeared? Right in front of us, and despite this thread and contacting Ulman. Something has been very squashed. I would like to reopen this wound, together. Any takers? Please realize that is exactly what they hope we will do. It is NOT too late. We gave those in positions of authority to respond and they have dismissed us. Is …   more ›
