Marsha Wight Wise, Neighbor

Marsha Wight Wise is a lover of all things historical (or "old," as her children call it). She has penned four published books on local history.

Marsha is a member of the Board of Directors of Baltimore Heritage, Inc. and the Seton High School Alumnae Association. She is a graduate of the University of Baltimore.

When not writing (which is most of the time, especially when a deadline is looming), she is taking care of her husband, three boys, three dogs and one cat. Her other diversions from writing are genealogy, scrapbooking, knitting and reading (you were expecting fire-eating and skydiving?). She can often be found taking part in her favorite pastime of "house stalking" (i.e., taking tours of historic homes,  cruising the streets of older neighborhoods).  She resides in the Hunting Ridge historic community of Baltimore City in an 85-year-old house affectionately referred to as the Money Pit.
